We repair the pipelines
your data depends on
Automated data collection breaks the moment a source changes its structure. Tensorway diagnoses it, repairs it, and keeps it running — every engagement starting with a written scope and a fixed quote in USD.

Your stack
We work inside what you already run
The fix lands in your language, your repository and your deployment target — no migration project attached to it. If your stack is not listed, say so in the scope and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.

What we do
Three ways to work with us. Each engagement is scoped in writing, priced as a fixed quote, and billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. All prices are in USD.

Pipeline Repair
Starting at $250 USD · 3–7 business days
Your extraction pipeline used to work and now returns empty results, partial records, or errors. We trace the failure to its cause, repair the code, and document what changed and why.
- Diagnostic report explaining the root cause
- Corrected source code, tested against the live source
- Short handover documentation

Custom Data Pipeline
Starting at $750 USD · 7–14 business days
You need a data feed that does not exist yet, built from public or licensed sources you already have access to. We design and build the extraction and integration pipeline end to end, delivering the data in the format your systems already consume.
- Full source code, structured for your stack
- Deployment instructions for your environment
- Technical documentation covering sources, schema, and scheduling

Monthly Maintenance Retainer
$400 USD / month · Ongoing, monthly cycle
Sources change without notice, and an unattended pipeline degrades quietly until someone downstream notices the numbers are wrong. We monitor your pipelines, respond when a source changes, and keep the output stable.
- Continuous monitoring with failure alerts
- Priority response and updates when sources change
- Monthly status report
The terms, before you ask
No client logos and no headline statistics: this is a young company and inventing them would be worse than leaving them out. What we can put in front of you is exactly how an engagement runs, in writing, on this page and in the policies it links to.

How we work
The same four steps on every engagement, from a single repair to a long-running retainer.
- 1
Scope
Write down what you need and what the data is for. We reply in writing with questions until the scope is unambiguous. No call is required, and everything agreed stays on record.
- 2
Fixed quote
You receive a fixed price, a list of deliverables, and a delivery date. Payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, in USD. If the scope does not change, the price does not change.
- 3
Build
We develop and test against the live source until the output matches the agreed specification. Progress is reported in writing, so you know the current state without having to ask.
- 4
Delivery + 14-day support
You receive the source code, the documentation, and the deployment notes. For 14 days after delivery we correct any defect in the delivered work at no additional cost.
Why teams work with us
- Everything in writing
- Scope, quote, delivery date, and progress updates are documented, so there is a record of what was agreed and what was delivered.
- Fixed quotes instead of open-ended hours
- You approve a price before work begins, and it holds unless you change the scope.
- We own the infrastructure we run on
- Our extraction workloads run on our own distributed infrastructure rather than on resold third-party capacity, which keeps throughput, scheduling, and reliability under our control.
- Deliverables you can verify
- You get source code you own, documentation, and a running system, not a black box you cannot inspect or maintain yourself.
Tell us what is broken, or what you need built
Send a short description of your data source, the output you need, and your deadline. We reply with questions, then a fixed quote and a delivery date. There is no charge for scoping and no obligation to proceed.
