We work in writing. Describe your project in the form below and we will send a written reply within one business day. A detailed written scope gets you to a fixed quote faster than a phone call, because we can read the details, review your systems and price the work properly before we answer.
Every enquiry is answered by the engineer who would do the work. There is no sales layer between you and the person writing the code.

What to include for a faster quote
- The public sources or systems the data comes from, and the fields you need from each one.
- How much data you expect and how often it has to refresh: once, daily, hourly.
- Where the result should land: CSV, JSON, a database, an internal API or a spreadsheet.
- If an existing system is failing, what it does now and what it used to do before it broke.
- Any deadline, budget range or compliance constraint we should design around.
If you cannot share details publicly, write a short summary first and we will agree on a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send anything sensitive.

Postal mail is checked periodically. For anything time sensitive, email is the faster route.
Response time
We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive over a weekend or on a United States public holiday are answered on the next business day. Clients on a Monthly Maintenance Retainer have a priority queue and are answered ahead of new enquiries.
What happens after you write to us
The same four steps apply to every engagement, from a small repair to a full pipeline build.

Scope
Write down what you need and what the data is for. We reply in writing with questions until the scope is unambiguous. No call is required, and everything agreed stays on record.

Fixed quote
You receive a fixed price, a list of deliverables, and a delivery date. Payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, in USD. If the scope does not change, the price does not change.

Build
We develop and test against the live source until the output matches the agreed specification. Progress is reported in writing, so you know the current state without having to ask.
- 4
Delivery + 14-day support
You receive the source code, the documentation, and the deployment notes. For 14 days after delivery we correct any defect in the delivered work at no additional cost.
We work asynchronously and in writing
Tensorway LLC is a small engineering practice serving clients across several time zones. Written communication is how we keep that workable: requirements stay unambiguous, decisions stay searchable, and neither side has to be online at the same moment to make progress.
In practice this means we do not run discovery calls before a scope exists. Send the details in writing, and you will have a real answer in your inbox rather than a calendar invitation. If a short call is genuinely useful once the written scope is agreed, we will arrange one at a time that suits you.
